واحد توليد 

واحد توليد شركت استيل ريزان با توانايي ريخته گري انواع آلياژهاي فولادي وچدني فعاليت مي‌نمايد.
اين واحد در حال حاضر با دراختيار داشتن كوره هاي 550 كيلوگرم 1 ، 2 ، 5 و 12 تن و با قابليت امكان ذوب گيري از تمامي كوره ها بصورت همزمان، اين شرايط را به وجود آورده است كه از قطعه 2 كيلوگرم تا 12 تن قطعه فولادي و چدني را ريخته گري نمايد وبزودي با بهره برداري از طرح توسعه و ذوب گيري از كوره جديد امكان ريخته گري قطعاتي با وزن بالاتر امكان پذير خواهد بود.

ضمناً واحد تكميل نيز در راستاي توليدات شركت و با در اختيار داشتن كاملترين و پيشرفته‌ترين تجهيزات و انواع كوره هاي عمليات حرارتي به ابعاد و ظرفيتهاي مختلف آمادگي انجام كليه مراحل تكميل و عمليات حرارتي مورد نياز قطعات فولادي شركت در ابعاد و وزنهاي مختلف را دارد.

واحد قالبگيري شركت با استفاده از پرسنل با تجربه و مسلط و در اختيار داشتن دانش فني انواع روشهاي توليد قطعات بويژه استفاده از روشهاي ماسه سيليسي (CO2) ، Full Mould Lost Foam و ... توانايي توليد هر قطعه اي با بهترين كيفيت را داراست كه در اين راستا با انواع ميكسر با ظرفيتهاي مختلف وميكسر مداوم، سيستم ذخيره و شوت ماسه، آزمايشگاه كنترل خواص ماسه و ... در جهت كمك به تهيه قالبهايي با كيفيت بالا تجهيز شده است .

The Production Unit

The Production Unit in Steelrizan Company has the ability to cast various steel and cast iron alloys. Presently, by possessing 550-kilogram, 1, 2, 5, and 12-ton furnaces which can simultaneously perform the melting process, the Production Unit has created the conditions for casting steel and cast iron parts weighing from 2 kilograms up to 12 tons. Soon, when the plan to expand is brought to effect and the new furnace begins its melting work, casting heavier parts will also be possible. Meanwhile, the Finishing Unit, following the company production policy and having the most perfect, advanced equipment and all sorts of heat operation furnaces in different dimensions and capacities, is ready to carry out all of the finishing and heat operation procedures needed for the company steel parts with various dimensions and weights.

The Moulding Unit in the company, using experienced, competent personnel and having the technical knowledge of various methods for part production, specially silica sand (CO2), lost foam, full mould, etc., is capable of producing any part with the best quality and to help it provide high quality moulds, this unit is equipped with different kinds of mixers with various capacities, continuous mixer, sand storage and chute system, a laboratory for controlling sand properties, etc.
