واحد عمليات حرارتي 

واحد عمليات حرارتي شركت استيل ريزان با داشتن كليه امكانات و تجهيزات لازم از جمله كوره هاي عملياتي حرارتي در سايزها و با ظرفيتهاي مختلف همراه با امكانات سخت افزاري و نرم افزاري كاملاً انحصاري و پيشرفته، جرثقيلهاي سقفي با قدرت بالا جهت جابجايي و حمل قطعات سنگين استخر آب و با تجهيزات پمپاژ و خنك كننده طي يك سيكل پيوسته و امكان ايجاد شرايط خاص (مثل ايجاد تلاطم آب) و همچنين استفاده از پرسنل با تجربه و ماهر و با تسلط كافي به انواع عمليات حرارتي و آموزش مستمر پرسنل جهت ارتقاء دانش فني، توان انجام هر گونه عمليات حرارتي جهت دستيابي به خواص مطلوب قطعات و تأمين نياز مشتريان را دارد.

از تجهيزات و امكانات اين شركت كه در ايران منحصر به فرد مي باشد، برنامه ريزي، كنترل و ثبت مراحل مختلف عمليات حرارتي هر كوره توسط كامپيوتر مي باشد كه بدليل ثبت كليه اطلاعات مربوط به يك سيكل عمليات حرارتي اعم از شارژ كوره، سيكل عمليات، تاريخ و زمان هاي مختلف اين امكان را دارد كه هر زمان نياز به بررسي سوابق باشد ويا مشتري درخواست نمايد كليه اطلاعات در كمترين زمان ممكن استخراج و بصورت دقيق وكامل ارائه گردد و نيز استفاده از سيستم اتوماسيون امكان خطاي عمليات حرارتي به صفر مي رسد.

توضيح اينكه مراحل مختلف عمليات حرارتي بغير از سايت اصلي كنترل كوره ها در داخل سالن توسط سيستم جداگانه و از راه دور نيز قابل بررسي مي باشد. عمده عمليات هايي كه در شركت استيل ريزان بصورت معمول بر روي قطعات عمومي و سفارشي توليدي شركت صورت مي گيرد و عبارتست از آتيل نرمال Temper - Oil Quench – Air Quench – Water Quench – Aneal Normal تمپر و غيره . كه علاوه بر آنها اين واحد آمادگي انجام ساير عمليات ها را طبق سفارش مشتريان دارد.

با توجه به اينكه كليه ابزار و لوازم كنترل فرآيند از جمله ترموكوپلها و سيستم كامپيوتري بصورت روزانه كنترل و در سيكل زماني ثابت سرويس وكاليبره مي شوند. لذا تمام سيكل عمليات حرارتي بصورت كامل و منظم صورت گرفته و نهايتاً كيفيت نهايي قطعات تضمين شده هستند.

The Heat Operation Unit

Provided with all the necessary facilities and equipment, including heat operation furnaces in various sizes and capacities, together with the most exclusive and advanced hardware and software appliances, roof cranes with a high ability to transfer and carry heavy parts, water pool with pumping and cooling equipment with a continuous cycle and the possibility to create special conditions (such as water turbulence) and also using experienced and skilful personnel with adequate proficiency in various forms of heat operation and unceasingly educating the personnel to enhance their technical knowledge, the Heat Operation Unit is able to carry out any kind of heat operation to achieve desired properties in the produced parts and to fulfill customers’ needs.

The resources and facilities of this company, unmatched in Iran, involve computerized programming, controlling and recording of different stages of the heat operation in each furnace. Because all data about a heat operation cycle including furnace charging, operation cycle, date and time are recorded, whenever it is necessary to examine the records or when the customer demands, it is possible to extract all necessary data in the shortest imaginable time and present them in a precise and perfect fashion. Also, using the automation system decreases the probability of heat operation error to zero.

Note that inspecting different stages of heat operation is not only possible in the main site of furnace control, but also in the hall from a distance and with a different system.

The majority of the operations performed in Steelrizan Company is usually done on general and custom-made parts produced in the company and include Anneal Normal, Water Quench, Air Quench, Oil Quench, Temper, etc. In addition, this Unit is ready to do other operations as requested by customers.

As all of the devices and tools for process control, including the thermocouples and the computerized system, are checked on a daily routine and are serviced and calibrated according to a fixed schedule, every heat operation cycle is carried out perfectly and regularly and eventually the final quality of the parts is guaranteed.
