واحد انبار 

شركت استيل ريزان با هدف كنترل، نگهداري و محافظت صحيح از اموال مشتريان، اقلام مواد اوليه، ملزومات و تجهيزات فرآيندها و قطعات توليدي، انبارهاي روباز و سرپوشيده را احداث نموده است.

انبار نگهداري مدل

در حال حاضر يك انبار سرپوشيده جهت نگهداري مدلهاي مشتريان درنظر گرفته شده است كه براساس كدبندي مشخص، مدلها و كليه متعلقات آن بصورت مرتب و تفكيك شده نگهداري مي‌گردد وورود و خروج آنها در دفاتر مخصوص ثبت مي گردد. مدلهاي داخل خط توليد نيز در انبارموقت خط توليد كه بدين منظور آماده گرديده نگهداري مي‌گردد و پس از پايان سفارش به انبار نگهداري مدل برگردانده مي شود.

انبار، مواد اوليه، ملزومات و تجهيزات

شركت استيل ريزان براساس مقدار موجودي تعريف شده براي انبار، و نياز واحدها، نسبت به فرآيند خريد اقدام مي نمايد. در بيشترين خريدهاي شركت سعي گرديده است از تأمين كنندگان درجه يك كه توسط تيم خريد و ارزيابي تأمين كنندگان بر پايه توانايي آنان در برآورده كردن نيازمنديهاي قرارداد و سيستم كيفيت ارزيابي گرديده اند خريد انجام گيرد.
خريدهاي شركت شامل خريدهاي فني تجهيزات، خريدهاي عمومي و خريدهاي مورد نياز فرآيندها مي باشد كه محصولات خريداري شده تا هنگامي كه مورد بازرسي قرار نگرفته و يا از لحاظ انطباق با نيازهاي مشخص شده تصديق نگرديده و مورد تأييد كنترل كيفيت قرار نگرفته مورد استفاده قرار نمي گيرد.

انبار محصولات

ورود و خروج و موجودي قطعات با سيستم نرم افزاري تحت كنترل بوده و قطعات سفارشي مشتريان براساس فرم سفارشات ارائه شده توسط واحد بازرگاني به واحد برنامه ريزي، پس از ورود به انبار، در جايگاه مخصوص قطعات سفارشي قرار گرفته و پس از هماهنگي و دستور واحد بازرگاني، نسبت به تحويل قطعات به مشتريان اقدام مي گردد.


The Warehouse

Steelrizan Company has established open/roofed warehouses to control, conserve and properly maintain customers’ goods, raw materials, process supplies and equipment and produced parts.



Model Storage Warehouse



Presently, there is a roofed warehouse where customers’ models and all of their accessories are stored neatly and separately according to a specific coding and their entry and exit are recorded in special books.

The models inside the production line are stored in the temporary warehouse of the production line which was set up for this purpose and are returned to the model storage warehouse after an order is taken care of.





The Warehouse for Raw Materials, Supplies and Equipment Steelrizan Company does its purchases according to the inventory defined for the warehouse and the demands of the units. It is tried to do most of the company purchases from first-class suppliers who are assessed by the Purchase and Suppliers Assessment Team on the basis of their ability to realize the demands of the contract and that of the quality system.

The purchases of the Company include technical equipment purchases, general purchases and process-requirements purchases. The purchased products are not put to use until inspected or verified as to their conformity with the identified needs and approved by the quality control department.



Products Warehouse



A software system controls the entry, exit and inventory of parts and the custom-made parts are put in the special place for such parts after entering the warehouse according to the ordering form provided by the Commerce Unit to the Programming Unit. After the Commerce Unit has made the arrangements and issued the order, the parts are turned over to the customers.
