واحد كنترل كيفيت در راستاي خط مشي كيفيت شركت استيل ريزان و در جهت تأمين رضايت كامل مشتريان فعاليتهاي زير را سرلوحه كار خويش قرار داده است.
1. كنترل اموال و دارايي مشتري
پس از ورود اموال و دارايي مشتري از قبيل مدل و متعلقات آن، قطعات نمونه و ... به انبار و اعلام به واحد كنترل كيفيت، از مدل و متعلقات آن بازرسي بعمل آمده و در صورت مشاهده موارد عدم انطباق به واحد مهندسي كيفيت گزارش مي گردد. سپس توسط اين واحد به مشتري گزارش شده و تمهيدات لازم براي رفع عدم انطباق از سوي مشتري و يا مدلسازي شركت استيل ريزان صورت مي گيرد. پس از انجام اصلاحات لازم مجدداً بازرسي ها تكرار شده و در صورت تأييد آن، به واحد برنامه ريزي جهت توليد اعلام مي گردد در صورتي كه ساخت مدل و متعلقات آن به عهده شركت استيل ريزان باشد، كنترل هاي ابعادي مطابق استانداردهاي مربوطه بر روي مدل و متعلقات آن به همراه قطعه نمونه انجام مي شود و در صورت تأييد، قطعه نمونه براي بررسي و كنترل نهايي توسط مشتري ارسال مي گردد.
در صورت نياز مشتري به اصلاح مدل و متعلقات آن در هر مرحله از توليد و با هماهنگي دفتر مركزي اين اصلاحات توسط واحد فني و مهندسي انجام شده و توسط واحد كنترل كيفيت كنترل ميشود.
در صورتي كه اموال و دارايي مشتري نياز به شرايط محيطي داشته باشد تدابير لازم در اين خصوص اتخاذ خواهد شد.
2. خريد و ارزيابي تأمين كنندگان
كنترل كيفيت شركت استيل ريزان متعهد است تا خريد انجام شده كه بر كيفيت محصولات و تجهيزات تأثيرگذار است را تحت كنترل داشته باشد.
در شركت استيل ريزان محصول خريداري شده ابتدا در منطقه ؟؟؟ متوقف شده و بازرسيها و آزمايشات لازم توسط بازرسين كنترل كيفيت و يا كارشناسان فني با همكاري آزمايشگاه صورت مي گيرد و در صورت تأييد كيفيت اقلام خريداري شده ترخيص مي گردد.
مواد مصرفي از قبيل ماسه، قراضه آهن، فرو آلياژها، رنگ پوشان، خردكننده ؟؟؟ سديم، ؟؟؟، سنگ ساب و برش و مورد آزمايش قرار مي گيرند.
همچنين شركت استيل ريزان تأمين كنندگان مواد اوليه را درجه بندي نموده و سعي در برقراري ارتباط با تأمين كننده درجه يك داشته و آنها را تشويق به ارتقاء سطح كيفيت محصولات مي نمايد.
3. نظارت و اندازه گيري محصول
واحد كنترل كيفيت به منظور كنترل محصول توليد شده، فرايندهاي بازرسي و آزمايش هر محصول را مطابق طرح كيفيت و دستورالعمل هاي اجرايي و بازرسي انجام مي دهد.
نظارت، بازرسي و كنترل فرايندهاي توليد و تكميل توسط بازرسين كنترل كيفيت در تمام شيفتهاي كاري انجام مي شود ودر صورت مشاهده موارد عدم انطباق از ادامه كار ممانعت بعمل آمده و تا اصلاح آنها فرايند متوقف مي گردد.
الف- فرآيندهاي مورد بازرسي در سالن توليد شامل ساخت ماسه، قالبگيري، ماهيچه گيري، مونتاژ ذوب و ريخته گري و تخليه درجه مي باشند.
ب- فرآيندهاي مورد بازرسي در سالن تكميل شامل برشكاري، سنگزني، جوشكاري، عمليات حرارتي، شات بلاست و سند بلاست مي باشند.
فرآيند عمليات حرارتي كه از حساسيت خاصي برخوردار است مطابق طرحهاي كيفيت و دستورالعمل هاي مربوطه انجام گرفته و نتايج سختي از قطعات در برگه هاي بازرسي عمليات حرارتي ثبت مي گردد.
بازرسين بخش كنترل كيفيت مسئوليت و اختيار دارند محصول توليدي را با اطلاع مدير كنترل كيفيت تا هنگام تكميل بازرسي و آزمايش هاي مورد نظر و رضايت بخش بودن آنها متوقف نگدارند.
در شركت استيل ريزان هيچ محصولي خارج نخواهد شد مگر هنگامي كه تمامي فعاليتهاي اندازهگيري مورد نظر مشتري كه در قرارداد دقيقاً مشخص گرديده است. مطابق با روشها و دستورالعملهاي اجرايي مربوط به نحو رضايت بخش انجام گرفته و تكميل شده باشند و اسناد و مدارك مربوطه نيز موجود بوده و توسط مديركنترل كيفيت و مدير تضمين كيفيت تأييد و تصديق شده باشند.
4. كنترل نهايي قطعات
تمامي قطعات تكميل شده در ايستگاه نهايي كنترل كيفيت مورد بازرسي كامل قرار مي گيرند و در وصتر مطابقت با خواسته هاي مشتري توسط بازرسين كنترل كيفيت منطبق اعلام مي گردند. پس از تأييد قطعات، رنگ سبز بر روي آنها اعمال شده و در برگه هاي تحويل قطعات به انبار ثبت ميشوند سپس به انبار ارسال مي شوند تا پس از هماهنگي براي مشتري ارسال گردند.
The Quality Control Unit
The Quality Control Unit has the following activities as its priorities to achieve the quality demanded by Steelrizan Company:
1- Controlling Customer’s Goods and Assets
After the entry of the customer’s goods and assets, such as a model and its accessories, sample parts, and so forth, to the warehouse and their announcement to the Quality Control Unit, the model and its accessories are inspected and if any inconsistency is observed, it is reported to the Quality Engineering Unit. This Unit then reports it to the customer and either he or the Moulding Unit in Steelrizan Company take the necessary measures to remedy the inconsistency. After the needed modifications are made, everything is re-inspected and when verification is reached, the Programming Unit is informed to start production. If Steelrizan Company is responsible for the manufacturing of the model and its accessories, dimensional controls are carried out on the model, its accessories and the sample part according to relevant standards and if the sample part is verified, it will be sent to the customer for a final inspection and check.
If the customer needs to modify the model and its accessories at any stage of production, these modifications are made by the Technical/Engineering Unit with the approval of the Main Office and are checked by the Quality Control Unit.
If the customer’s goods and assets require special environmental conditions, the necessary steps will be taken in this regard.
2- Purchases and Assessing the Suppliers
The Quality Control Unit in Steelrizan Company is committed to controlling the purchases made, since they affect the quality of products and equipment
.
In Steelrizan Company, the purchased good is first hindered in the quarantine and the necessary inspections and tests are done by quality control inspectors or technical experts with the help of the laboratory and if the qualities of the purchased items are verified, they are released.
Capital goods such as sand, iron scraps, Ferro-alloys, coating paint, crusher, sodium silicate binder, termite, abrasive disk, cutter, etc., are tested.
Steelrizan Company also rates raw material suppliers and endeavors to establish on relationship with first-rate suppliers and encourages them to improve the quality of their products.
3- Supervising and Measuring the Product
In order to control the product, the Quality Control Unit performs the inspection processes and tests each product according to the quality plan and the executive and inspection directions.
The supervision, inspection and controlling of production and finishing processes are done by quality control inspectors at all work shifts and if they spot any inconsistency, the process is interrupted until these inconsistencies are remedied
.
A) In the production hall, the inspected processes include making sand, moulding, core setting, assembly, melting, casting and frame offloading.
B) In the finishing hall, the inspected processes include cutting, abrading, welding, heat operations, shot blast and sand blast.
Heat operation process is specially significant and follows quality plans and the related directions. The results of hardness test done on the parts are recorded on the forms of heat operation inspection.
The Quality Control Unit Inspectors have the responsibility and the authority to hold the product after informing the Quality Control Manager in order to complete the inspections and tests they have in mind and until theses tests result satisfactorily.
No product leaves Steelrizan Company unless all the measurements requested by the customer and reflected precisely in the contract are performed and completed acceptably and according to the related methods and executive directions and also the relevant papers and documents are ready and confirmed and verified by the Quality Control Manager.
4- The Final Control of Parts
All finished parts are inspected fully in the final quality control station and if they are compatible with the customer’s requirements, the Quality Control Inspectors declare them consistent. Once the parts are confirmed, a green mark is put on them, they are registered in the forms for delivering the parts to the warehouse, they are sent to the warehouse and arrangements are made to deliver them to the customer.
